At The Lush Lily, we take great pride in our work and are committed to ensuring your gift will be delivered as you ordered. Occasionally we may need to substitute flowers, vases or a container due to seasonal changes or unavailability. In this instance we will only ever use an alternative of equal value, colour and style.

International Orders
We accept orders worldwide however we only deliver within the Brisbane region.

Pricing All prices on our website include the appropriate taxes.

Delivery times Same day delivery if ordered by 1:00 pm weekdays (Brisbane time) and by 10:00am Saturday. There is no delivery service on Sundays. To all business addresses we will deliver before 5.00pm. Any orders received after these times will be delivered the next working day.

Orders cannot be cancelled on the day of delivery as they would already be in preparation or transit.

If we are given a wrong address we will re-deliver your order for an additional delivery charge. If the recipient is not at the delivery address you have given, our couriers will leave the flowers in a safe location. If the courier is unable to leave the order e.g. in secure buildings or flats, we will phone the sender to arrange a new delivery time and an additional delivery fee will apply.

Cancellations
Refunds can be accepted 24 hours prior to delivery day.

We are unable to offer a refund on the day of delivery as the flowers and gifts will already be on their way.

Please check your receipt carefully and email or ring us ASAP on 0416 144 023 if you have made a mistake so we can alter it before the order is processed and delivered, after such time we cannot correct it.

Items with Alcohol
Alcohol delivery is subject to State liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions may apply.
