Terms, Conditions & Policies
We take great pride in our work and are committed to ensuring your gift will be delivered as you ordered. Occasionally we may need to substitute flowers, vases or a container due to seasonal changes or unavailability. In this instance we will only ever use an alternative of equal value, colour and style.
We guarantee same day delivery when you place your order before 12noon Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays. For Saturdays, please place your order by 10am for same day delivery. For urgent delivery outside of our normal delivery timeframe please call us on 07 38435400, and we will try our best to still get your delivery out for you.
If we are unable to gain access to the property (ie locked gate/no access due to apartment block) we require at least two telephone numbers for further instruction. If our courier needs to return to the property for redelivery a further delivery charge will be payable.
Please note: We do not refund on fresh flowers, or any gift line product, or for change of mind. At The Lush Lily we take pride in our reputation for excellence and that is why we guarantee the quality, condition and value of every delivery. If for some reason you are not satisfied please notify us within 24 hours, with photos of flowers. If warranted we will be happy to provide you with an in-store partial or full credit depending on each individual circumstance, which can be used for up to six months in our stores.
Please contact us directly on either (07) 3843 5400 or 0416 144 023 if for some reason you are not 100% happy with your flowers or gift. Please email, text or come in-store with photos, or the the item to talk to us about your concerns.
We are unable to cancel orders on the day of delivery as the flowers and gifts will already be on their way.
Please check your receipt carefully and email or ring us ASAP on 0416 144 023 if you have made a mistake so we can alter it before the order is processed and delivered, after such time we cannot correct it.
All prices on our website include the appropriate taxes.
Gift vouchers are non refundable and not transferable. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure recipients details are correct. Once purchased the recipient is the owner of the gift card and therefore we are not able to cancel or refund.
We accept orders worldwide however we only deliver within the Brisbane region.
Alcohol delivery is subject to State liquor laws. You must be 18 years or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages. Other licensing or delivery restrictions may apply.
